I'm thinking, uh-oh again, that they would mount to the factory engine guard. The bar risers would mount to the crash bar, the foot controls to the handlebar risers. The clevis ends on the turn buckles fit the controls. The clevis ends would need to be welded to the rods after cutting them to length. The rods are the same thread as the clevis. If you have factory bar risers laying around, they would work to fit the highway bar.
What do you all think?
