The headline doesn't say anything indicating damage to the Ark. The owners of Noah's Ark are indeed suing over flood damage. It could be their homes, an access road, a second cousin's house in Hawaii, but the Owner's are suing and that lawsuit is regarding damage created by excess water.

I'm not sure what's so hard to understand about the fact that an attraction based solely on surviving a flood is involved in a flood based legal situation.

No part of this is about the legitimacy of the lawsuit, where, when, how, who, why is not in question. Just what the lawsuit is about.

The owners of Noah's Ark run an attraction based off a flood.

They are involved in a flood lawsuit.

That's it.
