If you mean 1300km , or 13,000km ? If it's the first,  the mileage is probably to low to suspect either the carb (which would only cause surging )or  if it's 13,000 km it could be the cam chain tensioner if the bike has been ridden hard.
      I would first check the motor mounting bolts . The two bolts that hold the plates for the front controls  run all the way through ,and you'll need to place a wrench on both the left and right sides of the bike to tighten them, and there are three bolts that hold the two  plates at the very top of the motor to the back bone of the frame , (you'll need to remove the gas tank to check these . If this doesn't help It may be that the tires  aren't balanced but checking the mounting bolts first,  costs nothing.

What Batman says.....loose bolts in the mount at the top of the cylinder head has been the source of vibration for some other forum members.
