Ignitor wiring, need help!

Greetings all, it's been a while!

So here's my story...... apparently a local meth head needed some drug money and thought my battery out of my bike was his answer!
He didn't know what he was doing and just trashed my tool cover and the top of the battery cage, stole my tools and tried to disconnected every wire near the battery!
With that said I need some help with wire location and suggestions on connections.

Reply #5 - 05/01/19 at 14:11:07 Appreciate the pic, very helpfull! so does my orange and green combo that remained in my ignitor plug go into the connector located on the right in my last picture that have the orange and green as well or is something else missing?
