Something lighter in color than black seems right. White, I'm going with, lean, but maybe it's perfect..

I'm thinking since the bike hasn't had any issues that I've noticed there's no combustion problems. The header bolts did get loose which is why I took the header off. I wanted to change the copper gasket in there. It might be that the air leaking in around the flange while the bolts were loose is to blame for the weird whiteness inside.
I didn't ride very far before noticing the loose bolts luckily.
