In one breath he complains about "democratic obstruction", and then in the next, he comes right out and says he'll do even worse....
How does this a$$hole get reelected? Are people in Kentucky really that stupid. Who the hell would vote for a guy who calls himself the grim reaper? He's pandering to his donors - he could give a rats a$$ about his base.
