Actually NPR didn't say "put [his] hand on a woman's bare back" is wrong. Also they never said "wrong" in the story.

They are referencing a 12 page document from an attorney that indicated:

"unwanted sexual touching and dozens of inappropriate incidents over a period of years."

The hand on the woman's back is Keillor's claim, not NPR, not the attorney pressing a case.

Its called due process. The US legal system literally requires allegations to begin the process for litigation.

So yes it is ok to press allegations if one wants to take a person to court. NPR did not make these allegations as you indicated.

Don't act like NPR is submitting legal documents, thats like saying Fox News is part of the Mueller investigation because they covered it.

I once heard someone say misrepresenting information is called "spin". In this case only Keillor has said he touched the bare back of a woman, yet you indicate NPR has said that was "wrong".

NPR never said that, you did.

For that matter Jon McTaggart from Minnesota Public Radio News has stated they had already started a "thorough" investigation into Keillor and that information was going to air. Will NPR also be responsible for that somehow?
