Why, when you buy something in Tuscan,  AZ,
it has Spanish and English labels/instructions on it.
You buy it in Nogales, Sonoyta, San Luis, Mexico,
it is only in Spanish.
(Which is true for most things, US/Mexico)

Why do, NON, Citizens, (from Mexico) that have Citizenship in Mexico,  and have Mexican Passports.  Come accost the border, for a, ‘Visit’, and then establish a BOX number, in a place like a UPS store, and that, ‘address’, is allowed to be used for MANY,  things. Voting, School, Assistance, etc.

Yet is AGAINST, a ‘wall', to keep out, inform/define, a border between two Countries.
