Just saying hell-o, hope everyone is well......
Finally winter is over in the Pacific Northwest, too much snow!
I left you guys last talking about travel trailers, seeking input from any of you who had one.
Anyway, I got over my shakes, and went and bought one off the lot.
Pulled it home, had to go through FOUR round-a-bouts, across a very narrow bridge ( look up Deception Pass Bridge ) that was full of traffic and tourist, and then backing it uphill, while make a slight S....to get it into its spot of the side of the house......
I MADE IT, don't ask me how, but honestly, riding a motorcycle helped, you just ride, you don't fixate on stuff, you stay alert but loose, same deal, I figgered if my wide mirrors made it, no need to look back to see if the trailer did
It's got 2 slides, solar, outside kitchen and shower, power levelers, power awning, barbque, all season thermal package....
Tows great, in fact, my truck drove nicer with a load. I think these Super Duty's with the electric brakes ( for trailer ) and put the transmission into the tow/haul mode is its forte......
Anyway, thanks all who chimed in with, as always, great advice!
Couple pictures from when I made home....whew!
