Will a bad CamCTeffect clutch

it’s Wednesday my doods.
Happy hump.
Will a bad Cam chain Tensioner effect my clutch ?
Seems like I don’t have enough tension ... kinda answered my own question there huh.
All my gears work , I can change real fast slowing down or speeding up without clutch but when I pull in clutch it does not do anything at all

The only way that the cam chain tensioner can have any effect on the clutch is if it failed catastrophically with a bunch of broken pieces floating around in the engine. In which case, your engine wouldn't be running any more either so you can rule that out as the problem.
Your clutch problem is either cable related (damaged or dry and sticking cable) or something is way out of adjustment or reassembled wrong if you have had the side cover off

The throw out is sintered metal and has been known to break.
If you didn't mess around inside the clutch cover and you can pull the clutch and nothing happens, something is busted.
Watch the lever on the engine
Pull the clutch lever
If it doesn't move
Cable is busted
Look up under the clutch lever
If the cable breaks there
It's not swiveling in the pocket, bending the cable
Breaking the tiny wires until it dies.
Grab the lever on the engine
If you are not a lumberjack and you can move it up , your throwout died.
Mine busted the rear cam chain guide too.

Problem #1
Here we have a small bracket where the clutch cable runs through this piece is broken.
Option 1 :build a bracket or even just cutting a flat thick piece and running the speedo cable through to lock it down next to it
Option 2 : buy a clutch cable bracket as in pic #2
Option 3 : none of these things will work replace the whole right side crank case
Any suggestions ??

Typical, people think they should be above and below the bracket.
because the bottom surface has an angle, it breaks it off.
both nuts should be on the top side of the bracket, locked together to hold the adjustment.

We've seen this before, a small piece of flat bar steel, drilled and tapped to the solid remaining part of the case in between the cables, with proper size holes for the clutch cable , and over size hole for the speedo nut ,would work nicely , the bottom nut is the cable adjustment and the top nut is just for locking it down ,both go on top. this fix will work as all the force on the plate would be downward when you squeeze in the clutch handle. paint it silver and it almost disappears.(it's been done by others and sure beats doing a complete motor teardown and a new casing half.)

Yeah, there is that scenario.
Time to discover that
