The reality is seeping out. It seems that the plan all along was that the Repubiclans would maintain the House after the mid terms and everything would roll along as normal.

The California Democrat Adam Schiff will take over leadership of the committee now that his party has control of the House, following victory in the midterm elections.

Speaking on CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday, Schiff made clear he would be handing over transcripts which had been withheld from Mueller’s investigation by Republicans when they controlled the panel.

The committee staged 73 interviews with dozens of witnesses, including Jared Kushner, Trump Jr and Stone. Michael Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer, has already pleaded guilty to perjury for lying to Congress over attempts to make a deal to construct a Trump Tower in Moscow.

BuzzFeed, which cited two unnamed law enforcement officials for its report, further claimed that the office of special counsel Robert Mueller investigating Trump's Russia ties has additional evidence about the alleged deception backed up by "interviews with multiple witnesses from the Trump Organization and internal company emails, text messages, and a cache of other documents."

Cohen previously testified he falsely told Congress that Trump’s attempt to get the Moscow project off the ground concluded in January 2016 when he actually continued to pursue the project through June 2016. Cohen pleaded guilty in November to lying to Congress on this matter.

Oh boy, this is getting good now!!!

Because this will panic the impulsive orange clown, Mueller plays a masterstroke of power and subtlety, by immediately nullifying it without actually doing so. Instantly making it impossible for Trump to use the Buzzfeed article as more proof that Mueller is bias. Mueller has trained all his life for this role and I trust he's going to play this like four dimensional.

Trump is cornered but still dangerous, with his 'fcuking around with Syria, playing with the govt like it was a fcuking toy, Muller just needs to not scare him. Like sheep to the abattoir you don't want them to struggle unnecessarily, so it is with Trump now, he's already cooked, but he doesn't know yet.

Huckerbee has a bit of difficulty distinguishing 'not accurate' from 'categorically false'.

One of the story’s authors, Anthony Cormier, said on Sunday his sources maintained the information was accurate.

“I have further confirmation that this is right,” Cormier told CNN’s Reliable Sources. “We are being told to stand our ground.”
