I just got a email with my forum password attached to it....
Demanding money.
I have no idea how they got it, I only used it here, at this site.
I have sinced changed it.
When I tried to access my account the first time, my security software informed me this site connection was NOT secure, and to NOT put any personal information into it.
I am at a different IP now.

Not sure what it is, just wanted to give you all a heads up.

I did some more research on the issue, seems this scam started earlier this year.
The explanation of how the secure passwords is over my head, but they really don’t have access to it, it’s just some automated device that picks up internet data in the cyber-sphere and links it via your email where it’s listed on sites you visit.
Nothing has come from it, but they say change your password to be safe.

I guess we can expect more of this stuff in the future too.
