I put a Corbin on the Guzzi and can hardly believe how much better the ride got .   Its almost 4" wider where it counts but about an inch less in the front where it needs to be for redlights and such.

To my supprise they make one very simullar for the S-40 !   may take two post to get the pictures.

I've had a Corbin on my s-40 for about a year and a half now. Pricey, but well worth it.($360 w/shipping)  I could only stand about 30 minutes on the stock seat before I had to  take a break. After the Corbin seat an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half is easy to do.

One caveat, The Corbin seat fits TIGHTLY against the tank and will wear the paint off where it contacts the tank. Definately do a seat lift to get the seat off the tank unless you don't care about your paint job.

My SO who has back problems said the Corbin pillion section was better, but still not perfect. She decided to buy a Butty-Buddy and loves it.
