Or you could slow down to a more reasonable speed (legal) of 65-70
75 is the legal speed limit on that road. Everyone does 80-90 on it, so if I'm going 65-70 it's dangerous with traffic. It's safer to keep moving with traffic then having cars fly up behind me, slam on their brakes, and ride my butt until they can left lane pass.
I don't ride the interstate much, most everywhere I can get via 55mph roads except a couple places.

The Savage just isn't a good highway machine. It's lovely to ride at 50-60, but beyond that it's punishing.

I have been on those kind of highways before - once I rode my little Ninja 250 down to Bowling Green, KY and I was on the Bluegrass Parkway.....and I had to go 75mph just to keep up with the traffic in the slow lane and not get pushed off the road. (Thankfully the 250 Ninja can go 75mph when needed).
I just drove my car on I-75 down to Florida and the legal speed limit is 70mph - few folks are actually driving that speed....some RV's and trucks and us old folks do. Most folks were driving 75mph - quite a few were driving much faster. When I got into Florida I started to see quite a few Police Cars sitting in the median and a lot sitting at the top of the ramps.....and I saw several drivers pulled over - only in those areas did traffic drop down below 75mph.
When I get into those situations I try and get behind a driver that is going a speed I can live with, and then follow them. The only downside is that when following semis the wind buffeting is a bit irritating.

UPDATE:
✓ Tires Gel Balanced
✓ Tires inflated to the correct air pressure.
Apparently I did not know how to read my tire pressure valve stem caps. I do now!
✓ Engine is/was securely bolted down.
✓ Seat is now securely bolted down. Sometime in the last two weeks I managed to lose a bolt holding the seat and the other was loose. That may explain a lot of booty shaking.
✓ Boots now have gel insoles.
I have a 260 mile ride tomorrow. I plan to pop onto the interstate for 5 miles on my way home from the ride and give it a test.
Thanks everyone for the suggestions!

UPDATE 2
One or the combination of fixes solved the issue. There is now the expected and tolerable level of vibration at speeds 75-80 mph. I don't plan to take the bike on any long distances on the interstate, but jumping on the 20-30 miles to the next town over is very doable.
Thank you everyone for your suggestions and help!!!
