Wiring question
08/09/18 at 12:54:47

I'm putting in a toggle ignition switch.
Need to know how to bypass the kickstand safety. Is it connect the wires, or disconnect the wires.
I want the clutch safety to work, that I think can be left as is.
Does the neutral switch act as a safety or just for the indicator?

Before you begin, think about how the system works and how you want it to work.

To start at a stop, clutch in, neutral or kickstand up.

To start at speed, clutch in, in gear and kickstand up.

easy to find neutral while parked, very hard to find it at speed.

If you disable the KS safety, you may find yourself lurching forward holding on for dear life.

The kickstand switch is already gone. I need to know what to do with the wires.
I'm going to put on a two leg stand that holds it upright.
To get it to run as if it were a dirt bike, with just a toggle switch and clutch safety, how does the wiring go?

Also I have no lights connected yet on the rear.
I also have a single red wire with silver dashes.
Plus a plug with 3 wires:
a black and silver dashed,
a black with silver dashes and a white stripe,
plus a yellow with silver dashes.
No clue about them.
It doesn't crank yet.

I'm to the point where I have just the signal generator to connect. The wires come out with the 3 yellow and end in a plug. I can't find where to plug them into. Can anyone show me a picture of the wire harness part in looking for? Huh
