 Is it safe to assume that if you do not reply to a post after 43 minutes that you are unable to defend you positions?

 My opinion is I need more time to look into what you are referencing.  There's thousands and thousands of pages of documents on this guy.  It will take some time to go into.

 While I can not speak for others I do not typically read a post then make sure to type in that I do not have an opinion or that I need more time to do the research as I feel that results in clutter.

 One hundred thousand people could read a post of mine and not say a word and I wouldn't assume they have no opinion, I would only assume they did not have an opinion they wanted to type at that time.

 I am aware of Assange, but specifically what situation?  Of the many many issues that surround his activities are we looking into his Wikileaks activities which is volumes of information alone.  Are we looking into his sexual assault allegations, his tax evasion, his health, his Clinton server info, or the charges of hacking the Ecuadorian embassy computer system?

 What part of this could he be framed for?  Who would frame him and why?  Where are the sources for this information, can it be verified and what are the timelines?

 I don't have enough information about what he could be framed for at this time to create an opinion that isn't pure speculation.

Like others, I think it is very difficult to give an accurate answer to your question. Do I think much of what wikileaks have revealed is important information for the masses?  Most definitely. Should all they have leaked be made public? Possibly not.

Showing us that Western soldiers kill innocent civilians more or less for fun, or that prisoners are tortured, is IMO important because it should not take place. Revealing secret intelligence that could endanger a nation or even world peace may not be important to the masses.

Still, I cannot be a judge of these things because first, it would be opinions, and second, I have not dug deep enough into the matter to form a valid opinion. But on principle, I do not believe in secrecy, which is as close to an answer as I will give.

 My opinion is that he has too many allegations against him from too many people, agencies and nations to just let him go free.  I don't feel he has been framed for decades for every count against him.
