Like others, I think it is very difficult to give an accurate answer to your question. Do I think much of what wikileaks have revealed is important information for the masses? Most definitely. Should all they have leaked be made public? Possibly not.
Showing us that Western soldiers kill innocent civilians more or less for fun, or that prisoners are tortured, is IMO important because it should not take place. Revealing secret intelligence that could endanger a nation or even world peace may not be important to the masses.
Still, I cannot be a judge of these things because first, it would be opinions, and second, I have not dug deep enough into the matter to form a valid opinion. But on principle, I do not believe in secrecy, which is as close to an answer as I will give.
