Next thing to do. Get a working trip odometer on the bike. Easiest/best way I could think of doing that? Trail Tech Vapor.

Thanks to Dave for helping me out with this one.

Oh and hey look, now my speedo and all my indicator lights are at the exact right height so I no longer need to take my eyes off the road to glance down and see if anything is on or what my speed actually is.

At the same time, I decided I also wanted to be able to run my phone, or a GPS, or anything that requires USB.

So I grabbed a 12v USB socket that hooks onto SAE quick disconnect battery tender cables, an extension cable, and while I had the tank off to put the Vapor on, I also ran power up to the handlebars.

Nice thing about it? It has an On and Off switch, an all weather cover AND Quick Charge 3.0 compatibility (bottom socket)

So then I thought, man, I hate having to constantly put my key in the gas cap to make the darn thing work.

So I made a thing. I used the old helmet lock that I disconnected when I installed the saddle bags, and made a "you don't have to take me off the bike unless you want to" key.

I found out that this bike LOVES to break license plates so I installed an inspection sticker plate for extra rigidity.

I also decided I wanted to use some of my door trim that I have used on my truck, on the windshield. I think it gives it a more distinct look.

Yea, still pretty, even with water spots.

I still need to swap out the front lights. I'm leery of that because I can't find a good guide on whether aftermarkets will fit in the same spot as the OEMs, or if I need to take the OEMs off completely. I have a set of lights to put on there that match the rear ones, though.

I also want to put a fork brace on it, TKAT no longer makes them which leaves just Superbrace, and those aren't cheap.

I would also like to fabricate up some highway bars, or at least a mustache.

And eventually I also plan to add some handguards for long haul driving/back brush country riding.

I've also done some smaller things as my riding experience has grown.

I added foam rubber grip covers to the grips themselves, which helps with the vibe in my hands.

I shimmed the gas cap gasket with some hard closed cell foam between it and the cap.

I added a raptor petcock after my OEM petcock started starving out intermittently at red lights.

Velcro attached my garage door opener just in front of the tank speedo as a temp solution before wiring into my bright flasher button.

Grabbed an 18/8 stainless bottle I had laying around, replaced the O-ring with a nitrile O-ring, using it for spare fuel storage if I decide to take longer trips.

Added a Sena 5 to my helmet for GPS and music via BT, also added an Ion camera as a dash cam (I run two in my truck, I might as well run one on my bike).

I have a brake flasher, but I'm trying to figure out how to wire it in since my rear brake light has three wires but ALSO has a bypass set of wires, and the flasher (which said it could be used on an S40) only has two wires... I'll figure it out eventually.

Added an i-ottie bike cell phone holder. Works really well.

Seat is lifted at the front using nylon spacer nuts.

I eventually want to add a puck, or similar, to the side stand. Give it a little less lean when it's sitting.

Welp. I've put her up for sale as of today.

I'm going to pick up a new to me C90 with 17k miles on it this afternoon.
