Glacier (ok, this one needs a explanation. This first view is at a normal distance, the second one, under magnification of prolly 700, or so. That rift, or glacier wall is about 150 to 200 foot high. The "blueness" is the compacting of snow so great it becomes ice, and the refraction of light through the snow gives it the blue tint, BTW, yes, that is a volcano):
