Seriously?

Yeah, this is about what I'd expect from our "wonderful" president.

Oh pshaw, what am I saying?  I'm sure scooter's a great guy and what better time to do this?.....

Meanwhile, in Syria......*crickets*....

I think Trump should do what Obama did in Syria and take it to congress.

Or maybe Nato, but that's lead to mixed results in the past.

The people who GAIN from this attack
Are the rebels.
Nobody else.
Zero.
Zip.
Nada.

The Big Loser?
Assad.

Remember the Last time he was accused?
I said
He didn't do it, because it would be stupid.
Assad is WINNING,
And all a chemical attack would do is

Get AMERICA to Stay and Commit to
HIS DESTRUCTION.

Step listening to the news.
Think for yourself.

Put yourself in Assad's place.

The Day AFTER one of the people you're fighting says
I'm not gonna stay in this fight

Would YOU DO EXACTLY what would change their mind and get them to commit to YOUR DESTRUCTION?

Really, people, think.

Assad knows Russia is on his side, and he knows we (as a nation) don't want another middle east conflict. Assad knows we know Russia is on his side, so if we attack Assad, we are getting into a de facto war with Russia.  So with that as a huge deterrent to us actually taking any real aggressive action, After Trump's last reaction to Syrian gassing,  Assad probably feels justified in taking whatever action he feels will speed up the demise of the rebels fighting him.

Assad is acting under the protection of Russia. Sure, we'll bomb an abandoned airfield or drop a few bombs via air strikes, we'll take limited action, even what's going on right now probably won't last.

Gee, I had a very well thought out synopsis on the possibilities of this, but I think it would just be more prudent to default to the intellect of one who had the luxury of understanding the office.....

Elections have consequences.
Deal with it.
