It opted for the option of laziness, which results in stupidity......  

NEVER learning.

The only cure is for more fishing regulations, as in laws, imposed of anglers who are lawfully trying to catch their dinner....
A tradition that dates back to the beginning of time, and the original source of lying.....
When he ( the angler) was queried, "How big was it?"

So, we must pass a law, hooks CAN NOT be of the type, that if used correctly, as designed, as intended, lawfully for generations.....
That it won't, as in NEVER, hold on to a stupid fish that bites it, but releases the bait, freely..... into its mouth, letting it swim away, stupidly.....
