He successfully sued Winnebago after the accident. I'm sure this is but one of a thousand US litigation stories, and lawyers will always convince someone to give someone money.

Let’s dont leave out the judges who allow such stupid actions to go forward in their courts when they are within their power to rule a case as frivolous and throw it out.
This would save us tons of court time and billions of dollars in costs and court fees.

Actually, I feel that such judges should just be fired, they have no business being in that job if making such decisions as that. Really, when was the last time you heard of a judge throwing out an insane lawsuit ?
