Its a TV show, but look:

The New York Times has run just one op-ed weighing in on the “Roseanne” reboot, wherein Roxane Gay, the author, said she liked the show but that she wouldn’t watch further episodes because, “This fictional family, and the show’s very real creator, are further normalizing Trump and his warped, harmful political ideologies.”

So a TV has the capacity to sway folks minds, or just stupid folks that voted for Trump?
Not programs like CNN news, or rape music where we sing about rap and killings, etc....

Seems they want it both ways eh Grin

The TV show, ‘Madam Secretary’
I have see a couple of times.

One if the early ones,
(Watched it, tired of laying on the couch reading, recovering from a cold)

The limp D ick POTUS, and,
the Politically Correct staff of his, and the secretaries.
(Who would go to the Moon and back to rally the PC banner)
And a S.O.S. who Basically did her Own thing,
according to her Own Agenda.

I believe that TV Show, is to show that,
H.R.C. is a, ’normal’, person.

I heard they are going to condense all of the award shows into one, as the ratings have been in decline.
They don’t think it’s people are changing, no....
It’s that they have too many of them anymore.
They will run in all the mainstream channels the same night, as well as CNN, they believe this action will show the world its still all about them.

But instead of celebrating at different parties and establishments, afterwards, they will charter a SpaceX craft to fly them all to Hale Bopp.

Once there they will rename it, Camelot, and stay stupid and loaded forevermore.....
However, they plan a second launch shortly thereafter.
In this craft they will bring all the folks living in sanctuary cities in California, to their new home.
They will be welcomed upon arrival, before dividing them up into busboys, dishwashers, and maids....

Nice thing about tongue in cheek, is that it makes it a wee bit harder to bite your lip....
I appreciate your spirit, but sadly life is not a business deal.
We are lost, with hate and anger all to obvious, as a result.
Lots of false prophets, very few leaders.
Money and power we worship, it’s the only universal god promoted.
You may call me fool, it changes nothing about the truth of what it is.
We can promote jolly old men bringing gifts, or a fluffy bunny and chocolate eggs, and you may still charge me with believing in a fairytale.
Like I said, it changes nothing, forevermore is settled, all that’s left to decide is where you will be viewing the results.

I wish you luck on your promotion, civility is nice, be it on a campus in Berkeley, or a church pew talking about forgiveness.
