They always have a right to know if someone is here legally or not.

So let’s say, for example, I am the Mayor of a, Sanctuary City.
And the results of the census is in.

If the Question about “…Citizenship…” is in.
the population is recorded at 1 MILLON
(Because many were afraid to answer it,
  so they tossed it)
My City would get ‘X’ amount for this and that.

Or, say the “…Citizenship…” question is Out.
The population is recorded at 1.5 Million
My City would get ‘X’ amount, (more), for this and that.

        Any incentive anyone can see their ?

Of course one more , ‘advantage’,
The, voting, Percents/Districts, results
are Much Less, prone to say,
   (Because it is the Computer
  which first puts up the results)
101, 103, 105% Voting.
Until the, HUMANS, ‘Correct’ the info.
