Yeah, if you remember my original post on this I was mightily annoyed because I told the gf to make sure the tyre is a 140/80 and the shop put the 150/80 on anyway...

However after checking it out, namely that it did not come anywhere near the bolts nor did it come near the swing arm, I can confirm that this tyre handles superbly and feels very sure footed.

It appears to be larger than what is recommended so this ME880 150/80 might just be an exception, I would not recommend another branded 150/80. I did note though that the profile on this 150/80 when mounted is identical to the profile on my 130/70 mounted on my GS!
