I do have a set of factory mounts that are like new - the chrome is excellent.  I expect that they would work with the stock saddlebags and also with aftermarket ones - their only purpose is to keep the bags from rubbing on the shocks, rear wheel and muffler.

I expect shipping will require between $10-$15 as they are a weird shape and may not fit in anything smaller than a medium flat rate box - so $50 is the purchase price and includes shipping.
