I have a raptor Petcock on and a new battery. How do I oil the cylinder?  I am testing without the airfilter, just to ensure maximum flow. I have cleaned the carb too. Any suggestions are welcome, 'cause I am almost out of ideas.

Their are two ways to oil the cylinder ,both need you to remove the sparkplug ,then either add a couple of capfuls  of motor oil ,or auto parts stores have spray fogging oil , then replace the plug.

Seeing as the bike sat so long and you had gas in your oil ,if you cleaned the carb ,I hope you inspected the float valve for damage (the point should not have a groove in it) and cleaned the screen that sits in the carb body just above the valve seat,  and check the O-ring on the outside  of the valve seat .
