I like it! I think you pick the design and size of the plot ,you then draw a grid over a picture ,and scale it up on site knowing what shapes and lines fill each grid. It would be harder to determine what materials to use to get the textures and colors needed and make it easier to maintain.

 Grid system before software came out that makes it really easy to do with GPS.

 I've lived on agricultural land all my life and my grandfather used to disc after fall harvest all kinds of design in the fields.  Sometimes a local company would pay for it, a few years Budweiser I can remember when I was young.

 Now its super easy, load a graphic, overlay it on a plot then upload to GPS.  You can then input the patter on a modern tractor and it will literally drive itself, all you have to do is run the equipment to make sure you are pulling the right blade at the right time.

How do you show it off? That's the kind off thing that keeps "chopper " pilots employed ! ( I think most of these are near airport approaches )

I am really sure I couldn't do it.....I have a hard time keeping the lines straight when I mow the grass.
