Reply #16 - 12/01/17 at 09:43:26 I first had port-o-walls on my 1951 Ford in 1959. They actually worked quite well on those old tube-type tires. We used to "massage" them into place with a rubber mallet as the tire was slowly inflated. You could get them to fit like a real WW.

Reply #17 - 12/01/17 at 10:09:53 RAZ, I don't know of any other place you can get them ,but you may do a web search. I believe ,unless damaged, you'll be reusing them on future sets of new tires. I have not used them myself , but may as the price of real whitewalls is high and hard to find in the size we need for the rear (15").
