I first had port-o-walls on my 1951 Ford in 1959.
They actually worked quite well on those old tube-type tires.
We used to "massage" them into place with a rubber mallet as the tire was slowly inflated. You could get them to fit like a real WW.

RAZ, I don't know of any other place you can get them ,but you may do a web search. I believe ,unless damaged, you'll be reusing them on  future sets of new tires. I have not used them myself , but may as the price of real whitewalls is high and hard to find in the size we need for the rear (15").

Atlas also makes the WW's they look perfect, but do need massaging with either a white rubber hammer,  or a rubber hammer wraped in clear food wrapping. A little air and massage them in
