This stuff is the bollox. Gleams like gold and wraps super tight and doesn't need any soaking like the crappy Chinese garbage. 15 foot was the exact correct length.

Put some on REX a few months ago. It did go on a bit easier than wrap I've used previously and it was pretty to be sure. It is not as pretty now but still looks pretty good. We will see how it lasts. So far I like it.

Got any pics of it installed ? I would like to see it and how far down the header you wrapped it .

@RazBarlow
Here you go. It's been on about a month and been rained upon, still looks brand new. The DEI website has the proper way to wrap it, where they wrap it first completely but loosely then tighten it bit by bit, as opposed to trying to do it while rolled up. The fat S40 needs the 2" wrap to go round the curve without too much overlap. Got a bit of burned rubber near the foot peg, but that's OK still looks better than the heat shield.

Keeping it pretty might be easier if you buy the silicon spray(high temp) that the company offers ,I'd try that as it might shed both dirt and water. I've always been against these wraps because I though they trap water and rust the pipe underneath ,but maybe the spray would prevent this.( update !) took another look at the spray-it's black -OOPS!
