He is shaking the tree.....
You just don't like the fruits that are falling.....
You planted that tree, now own it, like the rest of the adults.
“…You planted that tree…”WOW, brings the point home.
Just got done, with cutting, splitting, ranking another 3/4 of cord of ‘Ash’, wood.
The Ash, trees, I planted, about 35+ Years ago, they are 6-18” dia.
The goal then was to make a ‘perpetual’, wood lot.
Didn’t work, 6’ apart in 4 rows, 300 trees, was, TO Close. (Should have been 12' apart, and 7 rows) (and, didn't know it 35 years ago, ASH, has a tremendous amount of, ‘Brush’ branches)Thinning them down last 6+ years. Ash is good wood to burn, not as good as, RED Elm, (hard to find now), or Oak or Hard Maple.
But is it is MUCH, better than, Boxelder, Pizz Elm, Soft Maple.
(Would advise, if someone is thinking of the doing the same thing, do NOT Plant, ASH trees) {{{ Never mind, History/Experience, it means Nothing }}}(So the background)I also sell some wood.
A Few people, who are NOW, Loyal Customers.
They were Used to, Getting a load, (a ‘mini’ PU), worth, and paying 100.00 +/- for.
(and it was WET, and, Boxelder, Pizz Elem, Soft Maple)They are Now, paying, about 40.00, +/-, for DRY, Seasoned, GOOD, wood, Cut to the Size they Need.
(Which for the amount they are getting equates to, 350-450.00 a Cord)
They have Learned !
(They were getting totally RIPED Off)They did NOT KNOW, what a ‘CORD’, was.
They did NOT know, what, ’Seasoned’ wood was.
They did NOT know, what the different quality of the wood was.
They believed, people selling a, ‘Kitchen, Stove, Fireplace, cord’.
NOT, Knowing a, ‘Cord’ is the size of the, ENTIRE, Pile,
and, ‘Kitchen, Stove, Fireplace’, is the size of the wood,
IN that PILE. (A Cord of wood is, 128 CU Feet, of tightly ranked wood,
common, 4’ x 4’, 8’, but any dimensions that add up to 128 CU feet)So to the point.
It is Just like the, ‘ANTIFA Ideals Supporters’, and the like.
They Simply,
‘Don’t Know”. !!!!!!!! They NEED to, '
LEARN'.
However, many will just pay 100.00 for the pile of WET, Crap, wood.
(And stand in the Street and CRY about it)When than can, ‘IF THEY Learned’, get Dry/Seasoned, wood,
for less than 1/2 the cost.
And, ‘Learning’, about something,
takes More effort, than,
Standing In the Street, and CRYING.
(This is NOT a advertisement,
for selling dried/seasoned, wood,
(Like you would get some,
and bring it back to, Tucson AZ, or Chicago IL),
it is a point, how some people, REFUSE, to LEARN !)
