When you pander to those with the promises of free healthcare, education, housing, etc....
Why in the world would you expect them to pony up for campaigning?
I think they think it should be free too  

Gee, if the need for cash continues, I guess they will have to let Harvey out, setting him up with chicks again, you know, sorta like pimping women....
The cause is so great, the end justifies the means, etc.
