However: Not knowing to the fullest extent of possibilities, it is necessary, to avail to the situation, to examine, the event, and then to, come to a summary conclusion. Which can be over-ridden by the information that comes, at a later date. Which is relevant to the matter at hand. Then that information, may or not be be considered, do to the circumstances of the possible event. Further more, all considerations will be hinged on data, which may or not be pertinent to the situation.
