Whatever she is, if caught, this is why people's hands get cut off! That's a particularly awful crime. I don't know how you punish people like that. Can you imagine the mindset it takes to do that? I can't, it's not in me and I suspect all of us on this forum. That's the kind of person who could rasily make the leap to pulling a trigger.
