SIEZED up key locks

This pair of "garage find Savages I picked up a week or so ago, have been sitting since 1999. The onE has a siezed ignition keyswitch, gas cap and battery/tool compartment lock. The other I was able to get the ignition key lock to turn to all positions. But all other locks are STUCK!!!
I've liberally sprayed each lock mechanism with PB Blaster every day since in my possession. And tried to turn GENTLY! Nuthin yet.any tips or tricks Ya'll may have would be great.

Maybe parking the bike in the sun will help with the gas cap. For the ignition switch - take it off, lube it well, and set it on the dashboard of your car on a sunny day (solar oven). For the others try a hair dryer or a heat gun (carefully).

Once you got them loose, take them apart and completely clean them. Look in the index for "lock"
