It has been dry and hot out west this summer, and now I am getting the ash falling on me out in the island, from the fires far away from me.
It's orange/yellow out, and getting worse.
No wind at all, the water like glass.
Relief is in the way I'm told, unlike the east coast which could get hammered badly by a class 4 hurricane, goodness.
I think I will put up with the scratchy throat and stinging eyes, as to having to go through a hurricane tho.

My wife is doing good.  She has recovered nicely from the heart attack and is taking a special heart recovery exercise class where they are wired up to monitor the heart during exercise and with a Dr. present the entire time.

That's because the supplement companies are not billionaires like the mainstream prescription medication companies and don't offer the docs incentives to sell their products. No different than a copy machine salesman pushing the one that gives him the best commission regardless of performance.

Thankful that you have your son to go to bat for you. 99.99% of the population don't have that luxury.
