Trump exists because of imbeciles like you, of which the USA has ample supply. I consider myself a Republican so take offense to your claim I don't care about my pricipals and would trade them in to win the Presidency. I think the Hilary voters pretending to be shocked at Trumps "comments" while going ahead with plans to put a rapist back in the White House have the "ignoring principles" voting block locked up.

Trump won because condescending elites ignored the millions who felt under-represented by the other party who showed more interest in obtaining the votes of illegal immigrants, taking yet more of my money in taxes or what Katy Perry's views on reproductive rights are, than they were of those millions losing their jobs and their historical nation. They assumed everyone reads and cares what the New York Times prints or what SNL parodies. Now those same idiots are ripping down statues and monuments thinking this will accomplish something.
