They've not set a backpack with a ball bearing bomb next to an 8 year old watching his mom race.
They've not thrown gays off rooftops. They've not locked people in metal cages and lowered them into water.
They've not beheaded people on TV.

Westboro have done nothing of consequence other than give American hating, socialistic, soft communist liberals like yourself a red herring to toss around now and then.

So roughly ave, 325  Million.
Now for Prison.
1,526,800 / 1,576,124 / 1,870,423 / 2,220,300
So So roughly ave.   1,7  Million
 (Including the, ULTRA  LIBERAL  Site, which want a whole bunch released)

That  TOTAL, is about,  ONE HALF a  %, of people in the US, are in Jail.

So let’s say it is,  ‘LESS THAN  0.8%’

SO Conclusion, about  0.8%  of USA  population is in Jail.
and about,  8.0%  of refugees,  commit Crimes.

But adequate, ‘vetting’, is:

But you want, someone, who is MORE, Likely to commit a crime, in, YOUR  HOME.    (Your Country)
