Speedometer Cable Leak (Read 75 times)

A bonded sealing washer from Home Depot was recommended. I can't seem to see the pictures in that thread. "Image shack?" keeps popping up. Anyone have the part number? Sorry if I have asked this question in the wrong place...I'm new to this.

That "Bonded Sealing Washer" was an early thread....the proper oil seal is listed in the Tech Section under the "Leaks" heading. I realize the first post is a new member and he may not yet know about the Tech Section and the Table of Contents for the items listed. (You really can find a lot of good information in the Tech Section......if you look).
