The "epidemic" is just plain false. Our crime and murder levels were far worse in the 80's and 90's. It's gullible people like you that fall for the smoke and mirror act of this pathetic excuse for a president.

St. Louis, New Orleans, Flint and many others are FAR worse off than Chicago.
