Interferes in any manner, that is being investigated, for breaking laws against the USA, or impeding a swift and sure investigation, that cause additional resources to be used to remedying this first cause, against our sovereignty, and pursuit to happiness, shall be tried swiftly, and judgement rendered, to assure the most safest place for its citizens to live.
