So I think I crappity smacked up

I've been rewiring my 99 savage . I  moved the battery from under the seat to under the swing arm   . I've got everything all run and I tested the wiring . It was great . I then went to shorten up the wiring to make it easier to hide everything . It went great until I accidentally clipped the three yellow wire that I'm pretty sure went to the stater/alternator . Now I'm not sure how to figure out where the wires go ....... I'm afraid to just randomly test them for fear I'll crappity smack up the electrical. Does anyone know how to figure out Wich is Wich . The yellow wires go from the stater to a 3 prong clip in plug .......   I'd appreciate any help or suggestions
Thanks DeadKings

It's AC power, so I don't think it matters.

They carry about 100 volts AC ,be sure you make good connections and their well insulated .If one of these went to ground on the motor or frame you would be sending 100volts AC to the neg of your battery and backfeeding anything running on the bike,I don't know what would happen ,it might range from not pretty to dangerous.
