No brass cap on carb air mixture screw? (photo)

From this picture, is it safe to say that there is no brass cap on my air mixture screw? Dumb question, but I just want to be 100% sure. Thanks!

Thanks. I have read that some bikes have them and some don't, but I think somebody on the list said all American bikes did.

If you are not switching to a raptor, I would eventually replace that vacuum line. It looks old-ish. One little crack in that line will cause you to lose some of your vacuum that opens the stock petcock, and you will have the mysterious weird running issues.
What size and type is the line...I dunno. I ended up taking mine off and getting my local small engine shop to find something that was a close enough match and cut me a couple of feet. So far so good...plus now I have a spare in my breakdown kit.
