Businesses always land on the backs of their employees.
That they are creating overtime is hard to swallow.
I'm wondering all kinds of things.

The overtime is a short term function of not allowing any hiring over the summer and then being critically short on people in the fall.

The knee jerk reaction to not having enough people to cover the shifts always results in overtime -- which is then cost reduced by collapsing the job functions as much as possible and by then hiring just enough people to get rid of the overtime.

Overstressing the people results in folks quitting, which exacerbates the situation more.

That would be fun, flying through, around and amongst the hills is a blast !
It is call "Nap of the Earth" flying.  It takes advantage of the terrain, varying speed, direction and altitude as needed to avoid detection by the enemy.
YEE HAW !!!

You don't like turning upside down ?
The turns are hard enough to plant you in your seat so there is no problem about falling out.

I like "G-Forces"

There is one of the Switch-backs on the Dragon called " Gravity Cavity " - its a fun place to visit !  Grin

The Hay is in the Barn  Smiley

Now , I'm wondering ...

How many visitors to expect and where to put everybody  ?

Ya'll pack like your going to a CAMP-GROUND

I've got :
One guest room w/bed
One Rock House w/couch+chair , two cots , 42"TV w/25-30 channels
One 8'x10'x72" tent
One 8'x10'x52" tent
One living room w/5 recliners -- not enough room for a lot of gear
One fire pit/sitting wall area
One patio w/grill and smoker and 2-tables w/chairs-benches for 30 folks
One carport-3 car size ,  I can clear off for parking
Limited Wi-Fi , we watch Netflix but it take All the band width we can get.

Its "OK"  to plan on doing a load of laundry so ya don't have to pack so much .   I know how it is getting more than two changes in a saddle bag !  Embarrassed
