That's a long time off, and I have to watch what life deals out,, might be able to do that.

Need to be PMing the Lancer Man and finding out about travel plans, days and such .....

Us old dudes gotta take care of each other, you know.   Traveling together just makes too much sense since it is very easy to arrange.

Gang has all responded, everyone is coming.

Who else is on the travel path or close to it that we have mebbe forgotten ???

THESE EVENTS ARE IN PLANNING AND DISCUSSION RIGHT UP TO THE GO DAY -- THE CONCRETE HAS NOT SET COMPLETELY YET UNTIL IT IS OVER.     I am still plugging in names as people show interest, this gives us a tool for seeing who is really going plus the folks who are going can start the refinement process on dates and activities.

So far we got the following items left in the rough order of doing them.   Adding something is easy, talk it up some, put a firm date to it and we will see if folks are interested by if they sign up for it.

Indian Paintbrush Campground in Ty Denver  Late July  NEED FIRM DATES   Verslagen,  old.indian, Thumperclone

MM's farm     Sept 8, 9 & 10    MM,  Dave,  Lancer,  StewMills,  Verslagen1,  Springman,  Oldfeller,  JOG

And here is a tool to use in locating some no cost camping when travelling to get to the rides:

MM's Culinary Challenge of the Trip

Question:   How many chicken wings does an 8 man group full of normal hungry guys snatch off the grill before the rest of the chicken gets done?

The quick answer is "all of them",   right ????   And the crowd of hungry guys always wishes there were more of them ......    after all the wings get done in less than half the time of a breast or a thigh and are simply the ultimate grill  "snatch food" extraordinary while doing any form of guy grilling event.

Everybody knows whatever you can snatch right off the grill always tastes better, right?   And wings still sizzlin' and dripping from the grill are the very best sort.

So, how many grilled wings could you personally snatch and munch up on before the leg quarters and breasts and thighs got done all the way?

Gimme a count of what you could snatch and munch, assuming MM wasn't whacking on your knuckles with the tongs for a doing it ......

(and you can also assume that we had found a mutant variety of chicken with more than 2 wings per bird)   Wink

Grin

Next Trick Question:

What goes better with Grilled Chicken ..... baked beans or potato salad?

Wink

Final Trick Question:   What sort of sauce do you personally put on grilled chicken?

Maybe 8.  I'm not a big eater (little guy...little tummy).

Potato salad is good UNLESS it has eggs in it. I no likey eggs.

Sauce? BBQ Sauce of course!

I prefer a small amount of finely chopped celery, if used.

I'd be more than happy to do a taste test some time.

Sounds like good grub.
