All I know is that I wanted the 140/80 ME880 but apparently it was hard to get and we ended up with a 150/80 and as I said earlier I was initially pi55ed off as I felt like they hoodwinked my gf whom I told to make sure it was 140/80. Now I cannot speak about other brands because I had already decided on the Metzler.

I was initially concerned because it's way over sized width wise. However it immediately felt good and six months later, it's frikken amazing, no doubt when it wears out another one will be going on.

I have put shots of the profile in this thread compared to the 130/70 on my GS and it does not appear to have a different profile at all, which is surprising but there you go.

Seriously I cannot keep up with the gf around the twisties, since she's had this tyre on she like a boy racer on a crotch rocket. When I've tried it myself it's scary good.
