If, you are shot in the heart, with a .22 cal bullet traveling at, 900 Feet Per Second.
You will have between, 1/2, or a full Minuet, to shoot back, before you are
dead.
If you are hit, with a .452/.454 Cal Bullet, at 1,400 F.P.S.,
in the chest, (And No Vitals Hit)
You will survive, (Usually), but NOT, be able to shoot back.
