I have a battery powered screwdriver and lost the charger. It says 2.4 volts on the screwdriver. Do I have to get a replacement charger with exactly that output or could I use one that's 6 volt? What would happen? Thatnks!

2.4 volts? I don't think I've seen one. Is it worth spending money on?
I wouldn't go six volt. Three would be easy to find.
Knowing the amp/hour rating would help.
