Jarhead,its been talked about before but I should say that the screw heads are J.I.S. (Japanese industrial standard) they appear to be phillipshead but the slots centers are much shallower ,you can grind /file a phillps to a blunter point to fit farther down into the screw heads or purchase the jis drivers,it is important to be careful with the small brass screws inside the slide holding the plate. The stock jet is a145 ,150 is a good place to start, unless your elevation is above 1500ft (try a 147.5) or near sea level(try a 152.5) these are suggested as starting points as I don't know how the holes you drilled in the muffler will affect tuning.

I went to school to be a mechanic (almost 10 years ago) so I'm sure I'll have something that will work. I'll post a pic tomorrow of the holes tomorrow for a better understanding of what I did. Also since half of my riding is at night I'm adding some reflective rim tape to the bike.

Jarhead,

The reflective tape really shows up.

Where did you purchase what you used?

It's customtaylor33 on Amazon I bought the silver kind but you can buy all sorts of colors. It really shows up on camera, in person it's like a very good reflective sign it doesn't glow like an LED. The adhesive is very good though I don't see it coming off as long as you put it on correctly. It also comes with 1 extra strip per wheel and some dots and stars which I'm going to use on my helmet. It's a little pricey 32 bucks but I'd rather pay that and be more visible than get hit by some driver not paying attention.

It is supposed to rain all weekend - I likely will be able to find the time to machine and powder coat your pulley.

Ok sounds good it's 150 right?

It rained a lot yesterday....the pulley is done.

$ 150 - my PayPal is:  dwhitacre@cardinalengineering.net

Be sure to send me a USPS shipping address.

Thanks - Dave
