I haven't remove anything from the petcock. If I remember correctly there are two filter tubing. One for normal and one for reserve. Actually I don't have a fuel filter and I think that I should be getting one.

Usually, there's a length of tubing over the filter to protect it during shipping. Did you take it off before installing?

You don't need another filter, those 2 screens are enough.

Yes I have tried the reserve before leaving her on the side of the road and start walking back. Nothing changed though. Exactly the same behavior.
Tonight, I will try confirming the fuel issue and let you know.

Currently on two wheels... I lost the other two of my car!
