They are entitled to due process if they are charged with a crime committed in this country, as long as they are here legally.

I think the argument about how to handle some of the terrorist suspects was whether they could be considered "enemy combatants" or just criminals. I believe that was disputed on a case by case basis, based on what they did and where they did it. And without a doubt some of those arguments were political rather than strictly legal.

They are NOT, ‘Citizens’. !

It is just, being ’Nice, and PC’.,
that their are, “just locked’, up.
(as opposed to other, 'civilized', Nations, as a member here often has said)

Take a quick look, and ANY other Nation,
and tell me, what, THEIR, repercussions are, concerning someone who, is a, ’terrorist’ !

Several countries, they would just, “DISAPPEAR” !!!!!!!

Tell me, if you were going to ‘rob a bank’, in one place,
and if you were caught, and you KNEW, you would live a better life than where you were.
(3 meals a day, TV, Basketball, Soccer, etc. play places, books, fresh water, showers, clean cloths, a life 100 times better than living in a cave, eating rocks & twigs)
Would you, ‘risk it’, in that place ?

Compare that to, ‘if you were caught’, you KNEW, that it is very probable, that you would just, ‘Disappear’ ?
Would you do it in that place ?????

When is it time, to STOP, 'Coddling'. ?
